Roofing Contractor, a national magazine covering the roofing industry, has named Lloyd Roofing to its 2025 Top 100 Roofing Contractors list for the second consecutive year.
Lloyd Roofing ranked No. 56 nationally – the same position as its 2024 ranking – and was No. 6 in Florida among commercial and residential roofing contractors based on sales volume.
“There are a multitude of ‘Best Of’ awards programs that recognize businesses, but in reality, many of those honors are a reflection of which companies spend the most advertising dollars or buy the most materials from a manufacturer,” said Lloyd Roofing President Travis Lloyd. “You cannot buy a spot on the Roofing Contractor’s list… You have to earn it, and Lloyd Roofing has emerged as a top-producing contractor by consistently providing quality, professionalism and exceptional service.”
About 65% of Lloyd Roofing’s work is commercial, a category that includes high-rises, office buildings, condominiums, hotels, churches, schools, hospitals, medical offices, multi-family apartments, retail centers and shopping plazas, government buildings, residential developments, senior living communities, warehouses and manufacturing facilities. The remaining 35% is residential, which includes single-family homes, townhomes and duplexes.
Lloyd Roofing has 160 full-time employees and serves customers in the Florida Panhandle, Southwest Florida and Central Florida.
In 2024, 17 Florida-based companies were ranked among Roofing Contractor’s Top 100. In 2025, just nine Florida contractors had revenues high enough to be included in the list, which was based on sales volume from the prior year.
“Because 2024 didn’t produce as many strong landfalling hurricanes in Florida, a lot of roofing contractors saw sharp declines in sales volume,” said Rast Bryant, general manager for Lloyd Roofing’s Southwest Florida division. “The fact that Lloyd Roofing held its spot at No. 56 indicates that our community doesn’t just come to us in times of emergency. They see us as their trusted roofing partner through all types of weather.”
